Author of fiction – humorous tales and serious crimes. I’ve spent much of my working life running businesses which involved writing—mainly business plans, funding proposals and tutor guides—which is nowhere as much fun as writing a novel! But, it was a great working background to gain an insight into a variety of people and situations, some of which I can now twist with my imagination into all sorts of stories and often humorous situations.
Story telling requires a colorful imagination and mine started at the age of six when I was convinced my father had been replaced by beings from outer space! Fortunately he wasn't. But it was the start of slipping into 'what if' scenarios and putting pen to paper (albeit crayons at that early age!)
Born and living in New Zealand - my novels are based in our lovely towns, coastal villages and country-sides.
